um there are heaps but some off the top of my head would be:
- the psycologist is not a professional he's a student. Brian tells Kate to film him in front of a bookshelf to make him 'look smarter'
- Marty is crouching down ‘because it makes it look dangerous’. Focus on the siege. People seeing him on TV see a reporter risking his life for a good story, but Marty is in the exclusion zone really far away from the scene
- Language used manipulates the truth ie " Marty reporting from the line of fire" (or something along those lines I dont actually remember the quote"
- The team tell the gunman to take the phone off the hook (so that other stations don't get through and present another side of the story)
- Brooke interviewing the mother- 'Do you think you'll be able to cry again'
