Hi

I'm doing a moot and a lot of the relevant cases are English ones from the 1800s. As a result, Im having trouble finding the full texts of the judgments on Lexix Nexis. Does anyone know where I can find them?

Thanks.

Go to a proper law library. indhika, it is very rare to find digital versions of cases over 30 years old.

My fellow Laywers, remember the doctrine of precedent. A precedent is never wrong merely because it is old. That is a fallacy as our legal principles progress, they don't just expire.

Utilise LexisNexis and see which AUSTRALIAN courts have applied the cases referred to. The old English case may still be of paramount importance.

Also, LexisNexis is for Australian Cases. Go to Lexis.com and select the UK databases.
