Today i was enrolling for science and it seemed that the majority of the people enrolling were girls! i would guess about 70%.

is this the case or am i mistaken?
what is the gender mix of the university overall?

it depends which campus, i know health sciences generally have alot more girls than boys, but it varies course to course.

did you mean science or health science for science enrolment today?
health science was also for today.

Overall though its pretty even.

I didn't know I wanted to at the start of Year 11. Besides which no-one went fantastically in Engineering at my school so I'm glad I stuck to my more rewarding if less relevent subjects.

Engineering as a whole has about a 6 to 1 male to female ratio. Most of the chicks do either software, civil, chemical or biomedical engineering, which means the ratio is more than 12 to 1 in electrical.

...goddammit.
