20 is d. 21 is c - alternative medicine is practice of new age expressions, whilst traditional medicines are the view of a scientific humanist which conflict each other

Maybe we might all get lifted up because it was such an unfair exam.. the cut off for a band six could well be 80, besides SOR11 will scale us up either way.. This aside i still want to kill myself.

lol m8

new religious expression isnt even a religious outlook

even though she took guidance from religious bodies

she is not under the religious demagogy or patriarchal conventions

+ humanists worried about the environment etc (like she is)

definitely not d

and 21 is debatable
c is the most right but they r all shit

+ ur getting mixed up between Religion post-1945 and religion and non-religion
2 different topics

as a humanist u look for moral guidance
she did, but took INFLUENCE only from them

WICCA AND THE TAROT CARDS = NEW AGE SPIRITUALITIES I did Wicca in depth as a study.....

Here we go,

Examples of new age religions
Wicca
• Modern version of ancient nature based religions promoting the worship of a female deity call the ‘goddess’.

• It embraces nature and femininity, rejecting the traditional patriarchal authority that is synonymous with violence and oppression.

• Its popularity began to grow after the Vietnam War, emergence of the second wave of feminism and more recently, environmentalism

not saying that they arent new religious expressions

im saying new religious expression, itself, is not an outlook

i dont think so

as a rational humanist, she can be influenced by religions without being PART of the religion as a part of forming her moral basis

Im so freaking pissed off at board of studies atm. I get this feeling that they have something against our year or something.

What's with not putting ethics in our paper? Defeats the effing purpose of giving us the effing exam if they're gonna leave such a HUGE section out.

EFF you board of studies!

Ehh. -_- Section II was silly, 'nuff said. And I didn't particularly like the Religion and Peace question seemed way to broad and I wasn't sure what they wanted me to do. The multiple choice were a pain, too many I had to make educated guesses, and I think there'll be a bit of controversy on some. The "Some religion emphasise justice. Whilst others emphasise compassion" was a decent question.

Overall the paper was meh. >.> Just hope my rambling will at least pay off a little.
