Well at our age i'd say as 'close' as we ever get is about a friendship + sex,
I'd say after you're a bit older, calming down a bit, you've spent a few years with someone... like it'd all just come from experience.
However a good way is probably just talking, the more u talk the closer u get.

Talk about it with your girlfriend, so you both have the opportunity to express how you feel about getting closer. Maybe she doesnt want to get too close...so you're better off talking about it.

Seriously tho... often if u wanna get "closer" *wink* with a girl, you should just go for it... be real direct... most girls are more accepting of this type of behaviour than the slower giving little hints etc.

There was once this dude who wanted to marry this gurl and he had to meet her parents. So he meets the dad and the dad says "Look before you have sex with my daughter you have to have sex with her mother to prove your love for the daughter."
