how do i create a gif file? what is the site? or how?

Any image program can save a file as .gif

I rekon he wants to make animated gifs. You need to get a program for that. I used to have this really old but good program to make animated Gifs. I lost it when my HD died though.

Thats what I use as well...You need to open the images u want to animate in the program, then put them in the order you want, choose the frame rate (otherwise you get something that hurts ur eyes) and SAVE it as a GIF...simple....thats something i should add to my graphics tutorial when I get a chance...any questions just ask

Studio MX or Fireworks/ Flash. IT depends on the quality/type of animated gifs you want as well
