What is a glassie? It's the only job in the 'hospitality' section that doesn't ned any experience...Is it just collecting glasses?

yeah, pretty much, mebbe cleaning is involved as wellgaladriel100 said:

Cleaning (or mopping) any spills around the bar.
Cleaning up any mess.
Doing basically anything the manager wants done that they ask you to do, so that the bartender can be kept available to serve customers.
