Yeh, one word I found from the thesaurus was exemplified, in place of emphasised.

'To exemplify' is to lead by example or to demonstrate something by example. I am thoroughly nonplussed as to how a thesaurus could derive 'emphasised' from this word.

Just incase you think you are smart, youll find at least on a theoretical basis that the dual prefix of anti- and dis- in fact cancel each out leaving you with a rather mundane word.

English teachers are so over-rated.

Go through the Rubric for the course...the words they use are the ones that they're looking for. They'll be able to tell if you're just picking words out of the thesaurus...if you don't understand the topic no amount of fancy words can make up for it.
