guys how do i survive the rest of year 11 & 12 with adhd (1 Viewer)

i just got my report from term 1/2 and it was good, A, A, A, A, B, & C
but i feel like i'm slowly getting worse like i barely start studying at like 11 and its getting harder to stay motivated!!!
HOW do i force myself to work every day
i'll take ANY advice my work ethic is getting worse idk how i'm going to make it out alive

tbh the only thing for me as someone with adhd is investing in some noise cancelling headphones, any type of noise distracts me so it helps a lot when im studying, i literally can go hours on end with them on + not working in a familiar environment rly helped for me too (like the library/cafe)

OR something that forces me is that i want to get into my first preference (i have a competitive spirit)
