Ok I got accepted into my course at UC. Woot ^^,
I've gone through the Booklet that I came through the mail about HECS and I've read the information on goingtouni.gov.au and the UAC website.

The problem is none of these places tell me where the heck I can apply for a HECS Loan.
It seems as though the UAC website links to some useless information on the goingtouni.gov.au website and the goingtouni.gov.au website links to even more useless stuff on the UAC website.

Does the HECS application form come through the mail? Or do we fill it out on enrollment day?

When you got your offer letter from UAC it should of said that your offer was for a CSP. Providing it has said this there is no need to worry, somewhere alon the way towards enrolment you'll get forms to fill out.
