The Task
Use a variety of sources to investigate two different case studies which illustrate the management of change within a business. Idenify the nature and reasons for the changes and evaluate their effectiveness in terms of business performance.



I don't know how to find those case studies.. and i don't know how to strar my repost..

You need resources. Good case studies come out the Leading Edge and are usually sent to schools. Hasn't your teacher given you any of these?

I have Billabong, Qantas and Harvey Norman for this topic if you need them. You should have got some resources from your teacher, otherwise just look in the Business Studies books from library. Your intro should have the main syllabus points regarding the 2 parts of the question.

Idenify the nature and reasons for the changes ie. External influences, internal influences, structural responses to change.

Evaluate their effectiveness in terms of business performance You might want to include financial ratios (eg. profitability) and measures of ER effectiveness (eg low staff turnover, absenteeism, etc).

The "evaluate" part should be longer than the "identify", because it is asking for a more in- depth answer.
