that is where you take pictures of the making process and do a step by step method for your product

the identification and justification of ideas and resources

means outlining your materials choosen,explaining why you choose them ( you can link that to your materials testing)and what purpose they will servewhy you choose a certian material for your hat. there are human and non human resources. Human meaning consulting others for ideas.so you could set it out in table form.

the considerations of the practices in an industrial/commercial setting

the settings are self explanatory. as long as you relate practices from things such as OH&S or standards australia(all drawings to an AS110 standard), with your own project youll be fine. the markers love standards
