social are ones that affect society
- copyright
- privacy and security
- reliability
- inclusivity (some peoples skills inadequate for new system - could result in retrenchment as they are now incompetant - could become an ethical issue as it is wrong to implement a system to users who are not capable of using it and must be retrenched without being given the opportunity to be trained i.e. they are being fired for the wrong reason).
- equality (people given higher levels of access due to no reason, being given new equipment over others)
- changing nature of work (retrenchment, de skilling, re training)
- environment
- ergonomics
ethical are the right or wrong thing to do. Usually have legal consequences
- copyright
- cant think of any others that havent been metioned.
- plagiarism
- safety in the work place i.e. harrassment
- being bias due to race etc
- security and privacy could become ethical if you consider hackers (taking someone elses data without their permission is not the right thing to do - can be legal action also)

hope that helped

The classification of various issues can vary. Some can be put into both Social and Ethical and well justified.
