help with cafs assessment (1 Viewer)

i have to:
'present an analysis of the workplace supports available to assist individuals in their role as family members'

any ideas?
im quite confused. i sort of know what i am going to do but just incase someone has a better idea than mine lol.

our teacher revised this topic with us a couple of days ago

i think its talking about the policies that are in place e.g. maternity/paternity leave, some workplaces provide a creche for employees with children, some parents are allowed to take their children to work, theres job share (in which the mum might do a job for half the wk, and then have the rest of the wk to look after children/do shopping/domestic duties etc...) g2 a couple of the government websites which will list services that are provided by workplaces. that'll give u heaps of info
