How do I access email with zmail login? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I am a new undergrad student at UNSW.

I have logged into the Microsoft 365 portal with zmail@ad.unsw.edu.au but I have no "tiles" (apps) in the menu. Just wondering how do I access emails to the account and such.

The actual error message is:

You should be seeing tiles for each of your online apps.

Contact your help desk or IT department. They can help you get up and running.

Then access zMail via https://login.microsoftonline.com

> Login using z1234567@zmail.unsw.edu.au (obviously replace 1234567 with your ID)

Did you just recently enrol, as in a few days ago?

Best to call UNSW or visit in person (i.e. student central located in the Chancellery, Lower Ground floor)

I had the same issue in first year! My account apparently had a 'bug' or something.

You can either call IT (link above) or visit them in person. They resolved the issue pretty quickly and I could access my email thereafter.

I just ended up walking into the IT help area at o-week, talked to the people, and tried to log on to my account on their computer and suddenly it worked... and now it works on my home computer too. :/ weird. i didn't have to do any of that password stuff again when i was there
