i'd personally use a different coloured pen or even go as far as ruling a margin down one side and writing it as a thoughts column.

What kind of radio interview? The personal thoughts of someone IN the interview or your OWN?

well wouldnt it be ur own? u basically present ur ideas through a character u are interviewing dont u?
