How I remeber the Nucleotide Bases (1 Viewer)

This is quite random... however since my half yearly is tommorow i'd like to share how i remember the names of the bases

T- Thymine (Thy- Thyroid Glan- Mine- It's Mine!)
A- Adenine (Ade- Girl @ school's name is similar- Nine- 9)
G- Guanine (Gua- Guava Fruit- Nine- 9)
C- Cytosine (Cyt- Cytoplasam- Sine- Like maths Sine, Cos, Tan)

THere u go... very usuless

umm nah i dont remember it like that. it takes up to many memory space...

i just remember it as a goes with t
and g goes with c.

as you are all studing english you should all know the most common word used... "At"

I saw him at the shop... WHAT A STUPID EXAMPLE !!!

any way so

A -->T

and the only other choice left is G---> C

I don't reallly have any troubles rembering this....

ATGC ATGC ATGC ATGC ATGC ATGC ATGC ATGC just say the pattern a few times and you will remember it !!!! :p

I remember A and T go togther because the letters have straight sides, and C and G go together because they are curved letters.

thats an interesting way to see it :)
but yeah i just remember it as AT CG or AU
hmm.. yeah its not that hard to rmemeber
