i aimed for 8-9 hours in year 12, it was a bit hard cos i had to wake up at 6 to get to school so I'd aim to get to bed by 9:30. i had morning classes for math twice a week where i had to wake up at 5 to get there on time so those days i slept less than that

I went for 8 (9 during exam periods when I was exhausted from study/exams), any less for me is impossible to focus with

studies have shown that 99% of people require more than 6 hours for max functioning, most people require roughly 8

i aim to have lights out at 12, but I usually go around 12:30-12:45. don't let myself stay up later than 1:30 bc most days I need to wake up at 6:45
