wats the best way to take notes for physics and history?

question...how lond 2 u have b4 exams if they r in a week its not worth making gd ones... i used 2 b like that 2 but i have a new regime 4 nxt yr summarise notes afta each class so wen it comes to exams u r ready!

for physics i would write down the syllabus point, answer it, move onto new point, etc etc.
