this is insane, when do you go to sleep??Every morning I wake up at 5:30 and do 30 minutes of breathing exercises and meditation, focussing on centering my mind. Then I do a ten kilometre meditative run. I make sure to eat only whole foods, usually I make an Acai bowl every morning, after fasting for at least 8 hours. Having freezing cold showers strengthens your mind also. I also do at least an hour of anaerobic training a day, usually weightlifting. I also get at least nine hours of sleep. The most important factor though is preperation, do at least 10 hours a day of study, so that when you enter the exam you feel extremely confident. So its very simple
