How To Find The Formula Of This Permutations? (1 Viewer)

is there anything else you can tell about the tables?
I put a file at Mediafire.com (a file hosting service) name Enigma-1.xls:

This file is a conversion of file Enigma.xls, which on sheet #1 contains tables of:
Number 1, Number 5, Number 9, Number 13, Number 17,
Number 21, Number 25, Number 29, Number 33, Number 37,
Number 41, Number 45, Number 49, Number 53, Number 57,
Number 61, Number 65, Number 69, Number 73, Number 77.

On row 0 table Number 1, you’ll see numbers 2,3,6,7,8,9,10,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,21,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,36,38.

On row 1 of same table you’ll see numbers
1,4,5,11,20,22,34,35,37,39,40.

It means on file Enigma.xls,
1 is on row 0 on Tables: 2,3,6,7,8,9,10,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,21,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,36,38.

And 1 is on row 1 on Tables: 1,4,5,11,20,22,34,35,37,39,40.

It will be the same way for other tables, also for other sheets of file Enigma-1.xls.

Here’s my observations of file Enigma-1.xls:

  • In each table, numbers gather around only in a couple of rows (meanwhile the black & green numbers of file Enigma.xls spread almost into all rows).
  • Numbers look moving down from row 0 from table Number 1 to table Number 5 to table Number 9 to table Number 13 to table Number 17, and from table Number 41 to table Number 45 to table Number 49 to table Number 53 to table Number 57.
  • Numbers look moving down toward row 9 from table Number 21 to table Number 25 to table Number 29 to table Number 33 to table Number 37, and from table Number 61 to table Number 65 to table Number 69 to table Number 73 to table Number 77.
  • So many numbers have difference = 12 as numbers in circles. (It means on file Enigma.xls, one Table should have a correlation to its next twelve Table..?).
Well, I don’t know how to say about the gray areas:
All of numbers in row 0 of table Number 5 (gray areas) are also in (the same row) table Number 1.
and all of numbers in row 0 of table Number 45 (gray areas) are also in (the same row) table Number 41.

All of numbers in row 9 of table Number 33 (gray areas) are also in (the same row) table Number 37, and all of numbers in row 9 of table Number 73 (gray areas) are also in (the same row) table Number 77.

I’ve tried your code. It worked, and also 41 has been the beginning of a new group.
Since you didn’t include the rest of the numbers, I can’t inspect it totally.

PS:
I think file Enigma-1.xls can not be ignored. :)

haha wow. more crazy excel sheets. ill get round to looking at it properly this week sometime.
Unfortunately, I think your code will be useless if you don't consider file Enigma-1.xls :)
