How to install themes on Windows XP? (1 Viewer)

As per stated in the title. I apologise for being an absolute IT n00b.

Furthermore, where can I download well designed Vista-styled, or Mac-styled themes for Windows XP?

XP? Find and download a uxtheme.dll hack then you can install custom themes without any extra unecessary software.

this is a good thing, i have seen it done
if you don't wanna do this then windowblinds or style XP is good
or like someone said the vista transformation pack for a vista look

and i don't know how good this is but it might be worth a shot if you wanna go all out to make it look like a mac ( I don't know if this is what you wanna do)
