language doesn't even matter, but something like Python is gonna be a better introduction to programming, Python, or C if you feel you want a challenge

Remember, understanding > memorising syntax

Guys I don't know even the basics and shit. I am computer programming illiterate atm.

I just want to learn it as fast as possible anywhere for free.

I went to the website Codecademy to learn basic HTML and stuff...
I'm not sure if its a paid thing though because my teacher had assigned it to us to do by ourselves.

The other thing I learnt was Visual Basic. Microsoft gives Visual Studio for free. Not sure about any websites that might help but you could probably lookup YouTube videos. And w3schools can help with coding HTML, CSS, etc. probably other languages but I used it for website programming so not sure. Notepad++ is good for HTML coding.
