The Excel Fast Track mini-book says that it can be done straight from memory.
It is actually common sense if you have done lots of practice. You can get this from your head.

It should be done from memory since its highly obvious but in 3unit I think u do have to show working like in the OP did or use 'u' substitution.
I think 4u on the other hand, u can skip straight to the sin^3x/3 part since its so obvious.

My bad, have been away from my computer for a while >.> Glad you guys got the Integrals out.

Now, just because the Excel book says you should be able to do it straight from memory, doesn't mean you should. If in doubt work it out - it's better that you're sure you have the right answer.
