i can't open the notes (1 Viewer)

i can't open any of the notes in the english part. i click on the blue writting (PDF) and it goes to a new page with nothing on it what am i doing wrong????? PLZ help me
do i need a program to open them??

go here and make sure you have Adobe acrobat reader installed
