The 48th International Mathematical Olympiad was held in Hanoi, Vietnam on July 25-26, 2007
Here are the questions (also available as a pdf <a href="http://users.tpg.com.au/nanahcub/imo2007.pdf">here</a>):

Results are at http://www.imo2007.edu.vn/index.php?module=ViewRank
Cut-offs: gold 29; silver 21; bronze 14
Russia came first out of 94 countries with 5 gold, 1 silver and a total score of 184 out of 252.
Further results are at
http://www.imo2007.edu.vn/index.php?module=ViewResultByCountry.php by country.
This year no country got 6 gold and no contestant got 42.
The top score was 37 (1 contestant only out of 522) - Konstantin Matveev from Russia:
The final result sheet is now available <a href="http://www.imo2007.edu.vn/statics/result/result%20imo2007.htm">here</a>.
Australia is 22nd with 110. We have:
AUS1 Ildar Maratovich Gaisin 4 1 0 7 7 0 tot 19 BRONZE
AUS2 Giles Samuel Vernon Gardam 7 1 2 7 1 1 tot 19 BRONZE
AUS3 Sen Lin 0 1 0 7 1 0 tot 9 HON
AUS4 Irene Yuan Lo 3 7 0 7 1 0 tot 18 BRONZE
AUS5 Matthew Cedric Menzies 7 7 0 7 7 0 tot 28 SILVER
AUS6 Anthony David Morris 7 3 0 7 0 0 tot 17 BRONZE
So Australia has one 1 silver, 4 bronze and 1 honorable mention.
Regardless of total scores and medals I think it's great to see so many 7's.
Congratulations!
Here they are with their medals:

There was a rumor going around that only one contestant could solve Q3 (the hardest problem), a Chinese contestant. Even Konstantin Matveev was defeated by Q3. Konstantin Matveev got straight 7's except for Q3 for which he got a 2, so it is entirely Q3's fault that he didn't get a 42. It is true that a Chinese contestant got a 7 for Q3 but it has recently been revealed that a Serbian has matched that, disproving the rumor. These 2 contestants are:
Caili Shen (China):
Mladen Radojevic (Serbia):
