hai there!

I have came across a litte problem through my work.

Does anybody know if there's a theory that explains like, e.g the system owner's relationship to the system? or the user's relationship with system?

I have an assignment, where the user tries a new system, and afterwards we are supposed to explain the the user's relationship to the system,e.g relationship to ebay after testing the system...
