Hey,

Is this generally the way you do injury management for athletes?

1. TOTAPS
2. RICER
3. TAPING
4. STRETCHING
5. Conditioning
6.Total Body Fitness
7. Heat/hold treatment
8.Training
9. Monitoring progress
10. Return to play..

Specifically does anyone know what comes first TOTAPS or RICER?

TOTAPS! before u jump to conclusions that u need RICER (therefore soft tissue injury), you have to assess the person 1st...through talkin observing, touching - if you then realise there is a seirous prob, or soft tissue, and they cant return to play..u then use thte RICER regime

i think you've got it right, but i might change the order of some of your things

TOTAPS definately comes first - remember that if a person can complete totaps, they should be able to return to the field
