Doing some last minute cramming for my half yearlys coming up tomorow, i remembered there was a question last year that asked me to draw an input screen to a system, but i didnt know how to do it.

How do they look like again? I was thinking something like an online form kinda structure.

With ruler and fine pen in hand you will be drawing
a nice little square/rectangular screen
showing
Headings/Titles
Input areas
Output areas
Instruction areas
Navigation links/buttons
Exit ?
all depending and related to the scenario given in the question

I think it may be an online form 'thingy'.
Don't forget to include all different methods of entry ie. drop down boxes, T/F thingy's. Meh, I don't know. Draw a giraffe if you feel necessary.

Make sure to include navigation buttons on it. Every1 in our class forgot to and consequently lost 1 mark unnecessarily.
