just 2 questions
1) do i need to talk about Shakespeare's perspective?
2) when structuring the essay, can i base each paragraph on a different perspective?

Shakespeare is the composer - his perspective is the whole representation - so, no, don't talk of his perspective.
You could structure around perspectives. But you need to show a breadth of knowledge in the play so don't limit perspectives to the first acts.
