i have a 3u assessment in the next couple of days and having problems with the k method for solving multiple equations without the point of intersection. Can anyone help?

Are you talking about ax + by + c - k(a_2 *x+b_2 *y + c_2)??

You don't necessarily need the K method...Solving simultaneously will give you the solution in about the same amount of work. Don't use it if you're uncomfortable with it.

Yep, personally I never used the K method and always did it from scratch. I would much rather know exactly what I'm doing but take a bit longer, as opposed to just blindly applying a formula.
