first of all, it's a non-profit organisation so nothing went to profits
secondly, 19% went to wages (compensation) which is far different to saying "62% went to wages and profits"
32% went to direct services.
12% went to transportation
etc etc.
their cash flows are hardly surprising. they're definitely not the leanest non-profit out there, which is probably why they refuse external audit, and no doubt there are some shenanigans going on, but there are some pretty big costs involved in their activism (see: insurance, brick and mortar costs, travel costs, supplies, production costs, etc.)
