Re: Alternative pathways to your desired university degree
Hey, I'm a year 10 student and what I would like to do is go to an acting college such as NIDA and study my hsc there part-time. Since I want to only get into things such as acting, doing make-up, etc and childcare if that doesn't work out I don't really see the point in doing 2 more years of putting up with a bunch of old people yelling at me and like studying all this information everyday that I probably won't use when I already know exactly what I want to do with my life and want to get started.
What do you guys reccomend? Do you think it'd be best to finish this year, do the hsc in tafe as a part-time student and pursue my acting and other stuff in my free time or is there a university of some sort that specialises in acting and also helps you complete the hsc part-time?
