i dont think you can truely know they're THE ONE after only 16 months....hell, i dont even know if my bf's the one..but i sure as hell hope we stay together for a lot longer!

1 year. Ended it by kicking him in the balls, cause i caught him feeling up one of my friends. when he recovered, he said 'you bitch! im glad i was gonna fuck her.' so i said 'try an fuck her now, you wont be able to get a hard on till your 60'

(this was us screaming in the middle of a party, everyone watching lol)

I then went and cried to two of my other guy friends and then we went and let his tyres down! bahahaha

so funny. we didnt cause any damage, so he couldnt call the cops, but he couldnt drive his car, so he had to get it towed. cost him like a thousand bucks. hahahahah

serves him right for trying to cheat on me.

I'm sure you'll find out at the end of your years when you know that he/she was "the one" you spent the rest of your days with.
People will think all of their lives but i think they'll only truly know when they are close to death...

I have known him for four years.
Good friends for 2.
Bestfriends for 1.
There was always something there...
His parents met at 16, MY parents met at 16.
Heaps of people stay with their partner since the age of 16 years old.
Trust me, when you find the one... you'll know!
I'd love to spend the rest of my life with him.
So we'll see how it goes, if all does NOT go according to plan, you'll hear from me...

You don't have to be a certain age to experience anything, or to love one person.

It doesn't matter how long you have known him, been friends with him, or been best friends with him.
It doesn't matter if there has always been something there.
It doesn't matter when your parents met or when his parents met.
No, heaps of people don't. Some do. It is extremely unlikely. And staying together doesn't automatically mean they are the best people for each other either.

No. You have not experienced more than me. You have no fucking idea. The reason I know that you have no fucking idea is because I was 17 once, and when I was 17 I had no fucking idea. I don't care if you are some kind of genius, you still don't know more than I do.

I don't know if I am the relationship type or not. I'm 20, but it makes no difference how short my longest relationship was. I still know more about relationships than you do.

It's not about age so much as it is about experience. You have no life experience. Neither do I really, but 3 or 4 years is a very long time. What I knew when I was 17 is not even close to what I know now. When you are 20 you will realise this.

You don't love someone when you are 16, you just really like them. I know because I have had 16 and 17 year old girls tell me with complete sincerity that they love me and now I don't even talk to them anymore.
