Can't speak for the xbox/pc/ps3 versions, but the DS version is mindless button mashing.

You'd probably find some enjoyment in it if you're a LOTR fan. I downloaded the demo on the PS3. The combat feels a bit clunky and you pretty much use the same combo buttons for all the classes. The graphics aren't anything special either. The online was alright except the EA servers were pretty shit, and the scout was overpowered with its 1 hit KO backstab.
