Lol, I think a low band 6 is pushing it just a *little*.
Not necessarily. If they decide to be harsh... Wouldn't be the first time BoS have tried to screw us over. :p

75/105? In previous years we've seen it's been around 85. That'd be some massive screwing around; I do wonder if by 'screw us over' you meant 'write a question we couldn't be bothered to read properly' though.

ok, as dumb as this sounds, i still dont get the concept of scaling marks to fit bands? can someone explain in easy language, I've been told so many things it's confusifying my brain... Aereath?

In my HSC last year I got a mid band 5 (84), and thought that I would have got similar to the trials, which was 85, I think. So if that's any indication, you'd probabaly need more than 75. Unless I went worse than I think I did, who knows?

Well according to the SAM calculator, a mark of 65% scales to 80 apparently, and that's low band 5
