i know there's probly another thread about this, but i couldn't find it...
does anyone find that their stress hides itself in other ways/symptoms?
i've been having trouble hearing, which makes italian difficult, and i went to the ear/nose/throat specialist last week and he told me that there's nothing wrong with my ears, but when i sleep my subconsious moves too quickly and the stress im supposedly feeling manifests itself in me grinding my teeth while i sleep which is changing some tube and making me not hear properly.
i dont even feel stressed about the hsc! im only doing 4 subjects and i know im capable of getting the mark i want and well above it... but does anyone else find that they dont think theyre stressed but they secretly/subconsciously are and it shows itself in other ways?
