hey ppl, im doing mark270 (services Marketing) this session and the services marketing plan is due soon.

just a quick question for those that have done the subject recently, does the business that we do it on have to be real, or can we make up our own business?

also, what are the 5 main elements that need to be included coz on the report specifications it doesns state that.

You may get a better response if you ask the lecturer, or someone in your class. It's also a little unsafe to assume that *nothing* has changed since others here have done the subject.

There is also a guide on webCT now that has all the headings you should include, what needs to be under each heading, and the marks for each bit.

I have never heard anything about being able to do a fake business. I'd say you probably can't. It isn't really a good idea even if you could.
