every year has it's own trend i think haha, food is a lot like fashion in that regardHas anyone else noticed that heaps of contestants make "parfaits"? AND they've all been using those semicircle dome things for the desserts this year?
even presentation wise i noticed the kinda abstract look with a crumb and a sort of vertical spattering of ingredients on top seems to be what a lot of contestants are going for
