was there a question about ethanol as a fuel in comparison to other fuels?
i have a tendency to miss whole questions :S

I stated about hydrogen bonds, dipole dipole, and dispersion forces, polarity and electronegativity, th fact that water is inorganic but ethanol isnt. I drew diagrams of both molecules showing the highly electronegative oxygen atom.

Was that enough?

as long as you said how each of those factors relate to its solvent.
