lol, i think the range of the answers is
94 - 97

i rekkon they'll accept any from there if u rounded up, etc.
as it was a pretty intensive question~~

@chained chaos - i hope im not wrong either :p

you guys are super duper funny

the monthly instalment was $1439

and it took 94.5 months (or 95 months) to finish the repayment on $2800

those are 100% correct. if you didn't get them, its minus 5 marks.

heyy does anyone know, if i did the right formula and everything but punched it into my calculator wrong (in part (i) ) and then got the wrong final answer, how mani marks wud i lose out of 3?

My maths teacher has said it's entirely possible to get full marks if you just make a calculator error, as long as your working is clear enough to show the markers that that's where your error came from.

My answers (which I cunningly wrote down on my paper) were $1439.18 and 94 months.

Hooray for 94!!!! I was really torn between 94 and 95... so I closed my eyes and randomly picked. 94 it was XD *fingers cross*

During the working out did anyong get something like 66666 in the middle of a number? XD That was annoying to write.. and freaky too.

i got 1445.95 but i was sure my working was right... 94 aswell
FOR Q4B DID YOU HAVE TO HALF THE FINAL ANSA SINCE DA SHADED REGION WAS HALF???
