They always prep their witness, so that they aren't up there on the stand and say something totally incorrect, or dig themselves into a hole. They even prep them in family law for cross-examination! Where I (used) to work, they would have little meetings and would get all their witnesses to come in. They would outline what they thought the opposition would focus on/ask about, and told them how to answer.Cyan_phoeniX said:So you actually tell your witness what they are going to say?
