Hi
If someone has a bit of belly fat, and you do situps crucnhes etc, your muscles get bigger, is it true that these muscles will push the fat out even more though?

obviously it would, increasing the size of ur muscles on ur stomach would cause ur stomach to bulge out more, meaning if there's fat covering it then the fat would stick out more too since the muscles beneath it have increased in size.

get rid of fat first if u dont want a big belly.

edit: thats just like saying if u get a tattoo on ur stomach and then get pregnant, will the tattoo stretch, of course it will.

nah, weights don't really help in burning fat, unless you're talking about the weight lost when you sweat, which is silly anyway.

just eat less, and do some cardio. once you become skinny, then work out.

eat mainly fruits and vege's, cut down on red meat, white meat is fine (tho not too much), do cardio, like, at least 30 min walk/run every day, best in the mornings.

if u wanna get into the numbers, then make sure u consume LESS calories than u burn.

i think the weight you lose from lifting weights is just water weight, which you can put on and get rid of quite easily.

someone correct me if i'm wrong.

The more muscle in your body, the faster you burn carbs and calories.

Add in some decent cardio workout and it's win/win.

For muscle definition: diet/cardio/weights

For abs: diet/cardio/weights (DIET IS VITAL)

For fat loss: diet/cardio/weights

For man boob loss: diet/cardio/weights

i dont think weights is necessarily needed for everything.

stuff like weight loss, fat loss, mainly diet and cardio to lose the fat.

to gain muscle, whether arms or chest or abs, of course weights is required.

blah.............weights are always worthwhile pursuit. Not for muscle gain, but for strength in general
