Hey, Im going to be in the North Ryde area in a few weeks and I'm interested in checking out the Macquarie museum of Ancient Cultures. But I am wondering if I just walk in? Is it free? Will anyone stop me?

Thanks.

It's free and you just walk in (within opening hours). Just so you're warned, what is on display is not very big. The objects are in one medium-sized room... It's really nothing compared to, eg, the Nicholson.

If you are on campus, you should check out the other museums too: http://www.mq.edu.au/museums/
