I know that the answer is (a^x)/(lna) but what are the steps involved? Thanks in advance.

$\int a^xdx=\int e^{ln(a^x)}dx=\int e^{xlna}dx=\frac{1}{lna}e^{ln(a^x)}+C=\frac{a^x}{lna}+C$
