B - Cu(II)Z

NH4 is ammonium ion, which has a charge of +1. Since the original formula was (NH4)2Z, we now know that Z has a charge of -2. Now just check the options to see which ones correspond to -2

A - Na is +1
B - correct
C - Mg is +2, however, there is Z2, so it does not balance out (+2/-4)
D - H is a charge of +/- 1
