ok i have to do an introduction to an assessment on fermentation of bread. but see we haven't done a whole lot on bread fermentation in class and i was sick for most of it! not good. i need to outline the process of fermentation in bread-making and the role of the yeast enzyme in the reaction. really tired can't concentrate well and really need help as its due in 2 days and teacher probably won't be at school til friday neways! please help if you can.
