i got offered Software Development at Wollongongg (UOW) which is good and all, but i have no accomodation.. entries closed BEFORE change of preferences, so i've emailed and phoned all of their adresses and numbers with no response and need somwhere to live, cos at the moment i live 6 hours away. on the other hand i could go to rmit.. but i need to change to a lower preference, cos i screwed it up.

so if anyone can help with UOW accommodation that would mean a million bucks for me right now

I know one of the RA's and i'm told it's going to be memorable.

Memorable doesn't necessarily equate to good. For example, my UoW experience has been memorable to say the least. But, more like "oh my goodness, I've been raped" memorable, and not "this is the best time of my life" memorable.

What are those RA's planning? :>

2002 - Enrolled at UNSW enrolled in Architecture/Law
2003 - Transferred to UOW enrolling in Law/Engineering
2004 - Autumn Semester: Transferred to Law/Commerce
2004 - Spring Semester: Transferred to Commerce/Enviro Science
2005 - Transferred to Commerce/Arts
2006 - Became a part-time student since picking up a tidy full time job.

And people look at me weirdly when I say I dropped UNSW.

Yeah, a lot of faculties hold parties, but they aren't as good. Here's a tip, make friends with lots of people outside of your faculty, because it means you make friends, not people who just talk about class to you. We all know Accy101 sucks, get used to it, now go talk soccer or chat up hot girls (or if you're lucky, both at the same time) with people outside your faculty, because I guarantee that they're more interesting.
