Using microsoft powerpoint .... associated with each slide are notes ... is there any way to copy/paste all these notes in one go? (ie. not go through 60+ slides and doing it for each one?)

Open Powerpoint and your Presentation, and goto File>Print.

Find:-

"Print What:", with a drop down menu. Click notes pages and print.
