Not in office yet, but already doing policy backflips. I'll add more soon, but this on his promise to withdraw troops from Iraq within 16 months.
Some of us always saw this backflip coming though. It had to... Obama tried to make policy decisions on Iraq, before actually looking into the issue. I think a 2011 withdrawal is likely.
